Submit an event
Organizing a race, or know of one that’s missing from the race finder? Send it in. Listing is free, and it helps paddlers near and far find your event.
The form is a Google Form and opens in a new tab. It takes about five minutes.
How it works

Tell us about the event
Fill in the short form: dates, place, organizer, and a link to the event's website or social media page.

We check the details
Every submission is reviewed against the organizer's own information before it's listed. We may email you with a question.

It appears on the race finder
Once checked, the event shows on the map and in the list, with a link back to the organizer.
What we list
- Dragon boat races, regattas, and festivals anywhere in the world, from local club races to championships
- Events open to visiting crews, and local-only events (clearly labeled, so paddlers know who can enter)
- Breast cancer survivor (BCS) festivals and events with BCS divisions
- Long-distance races and ice dragon boat events
Helpful to have ready
Dates (or the expected month), venue, organizer, the event’s website or social media page, and if you know them: who can enter, boat sizes, distances, divisions, entry fee, and the registration link.
Organizers
If you run the event, say so on the form. Once we’ve checked the details with you, your listing gets a “Confirmed by organizer” badge. To correct or update an event that’s already listed, use the “Organizing this event?” link on its page, or email hello@dragonboatatlas.com.
Your name and email are used only to ask about or confirm your event, and are never published. See our Privacy page.
